Like many of you I have tried to quit numerous times. Cold turkey didn't work neither did the $100 hypnosis session or the withdrawal pills they sold me that gave me a migraine and smoking was the only way I could get rid of it. This is my first time as part of a group and I'm using patches and lozenges. I got COVID the day after starting the patch and haven't had a full cigarette the last two days. My smoking doesn't seem to be triggered by specific events. If I am not eating or sleeping all I can think about is my next cigarette.
