I have been somking for years. I have tried quitting a thousand times... but I have never tried quitting with support. I started Zyban yesterday and next week when I throw away my pack of smokes I will start the patch as needed. I am really excited, I am happy to finally be taking qutting seriously. Every other time I have tried to quit cold turkey and I have failed... but with meds and support I know that I can kick the habit for good!!!
