6 months smoke free today

I am 6 months without a cigarette.  It's been a journey that's for sure.  Still going through the triggers.  Even though they are much easier to deal with it's amazing that the addicted brain still tries to get me to cave.  I have been riding my bike 4-5

It seems like my quit time has slowed to a crawl

It seems like it's been a month or longer since I was done with No Mans Land and it's only been 12 days.  Why has time started creeping by?

A little over a week strong - frozen fruit and a fidget toy have kept me sane.

I quit vaping 9 days ago. I started smoking cigarettes at 14, and was up to a pack a day by the time I was 17. At 24, I switched to vaping, and was an obsessive, constant vaper from the start. At 29 I am done with nicotine. It's the hardest thing I've eve
