Share your quitting journey

I quit on 21st Feb. I have been a heavy smoker averaging about one and a half pack a day for last 10-11 years. This is not my first attempt at it but this time I am using Nicotine Gum to help me with strong cravings. Currently I am using 6-10 pieces of gum a day but i plan to bring them down to 2-4 per day within next month. As I know that gum itself may be addictive, I plan to quit the gum as well in the month after. 

Its been four days and I am feeling good about it. Hopefully this time I will be able to quit the habit for good and not relapse after couple of months like I did in my last attempt.

I am using exercise as a trigger breaker in my morning routine and books/audio books in the evenings. 

This time it will work. I am hopeful that with the help of the community here and planning it wiil.
