Hi , This is my 8th day of not smoking I was suppose to go the emergency ward this morninand have my heart checked out I am pretty sure I need another stint well I will go early in the morning been have trouble withchest pain and numbness on the left upper side we all knw that isyour heart. so far everything is alllllllllllllright just trying to hangin there

Hi. Just joined. Really need to stop smoking but I  need help. Cant take the  nicotine replacement stuff and scared of the non-nicotine meds.  Scared of smoking but still doing it. Going to set a quit day today.
