I’m ready. I have my quit day set in stone and everything is falling in to place nicely. I WANT to quit vaping. It’s the one thing I can control in my current life.
This being said, I work from home and outside of that am pretty much a homebody. In thinking about triggers, it makes me nervous because I can literally vape 24/7. I don’t really have little routines I can changes more like my entire day to day and I don’t even know where to start. I know I can do this and I’m excited for the future me once I get passed the nerves
