Today is Good Friday and it brings back very sad and difficult memories for me. I will not smoke, it will not change the past what was done was done . The older one gets the more good and bad, happy and sad memories we have !

I have an appt with an Orthropedic Surgeon today for the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome that has been plaguing me for years now ....I am a procrastinator plus I waited to get on Medicare !

Holy Week and I am a non -smoker ....I thank God For His Grace through Our Lord Jesus Christ !

I hope everyone has a great happy smoke-free week-end treat yourself with an Easter Basket I think I may make one for myself and my room-mate !
