Dear Fellow EXers,

I had a quit for 2 years and 6 months and was able to maintain it with the

power of example and the support of the Become an Ex family.

I started smoking again November of 2011.

It has been 22 days now without a cigarette.

Dear Exers,

Wow!Thank you all for such a warm welcome.Right now things are one day at a time.I hope to blog about why I started in the near future,

I had my last cigarette on the morning of my Uncle Bob's funeral.

I had my brother stick a patch on my arm that morning.

Ex and so many members were such a great support that while smoking I would miss Ex a lot.I have a lot of work to do before I can take the training wheels off (the patch).
