Some days these posts / journal / blogs are hard to write not just about not smoking any longer. It's also about the friendships we make here online and how we get to know one another. A place to feel secure about our quit journey and other factors in our lives. Some can be major and some small but we meet here to express our thoughts and ideas. Some of you have helped me with my grief just by listening to me. Yes that doesn't go away. Smoking on the hand does once we set our minds to it that it's bond is broken. I just wanted to take a moment to say "thanks".
