Yay for being blessed with another Hump Day!

I wish everyone a wonderful day, let's continue on stacking up our precious days of smoke free living and if you are reading this and haven't quit yet now is the time. Quitting is difficult to say the least but it's absolutely doable, once we get a few months under our belts let's N.E.F - Never Ever Forget those first few weeks of our quits because there's no reason on the face of this earth that's good enough to screw up a perfectly beautiful quit so as long as we apply N.O.P.E - NOT One Puff Ever then we can say no thanks because S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option - so when we are getting ready for bed this evening we can smile and know that yay another day WON.
