With a support group of people who understand - I WILL make it this time!

Hello everyone! I am relieved and happy to be on this site. I will be quitting tomorrow - October 22, 2016. Started smoking at the age of 16 and a few years ago had quit for 2 years with a support group. Unfortunately went back to it due to quite a bit of stress that I was under at that time.

I am so looking forward to allowing people in this community to help me start a new chapter for myself as a non-smoker for life. I have been diagnosed with COPD - and have literally lost count how many times I have tried to quit on my own. It is a VERY hard thing to do and at times it was agnozing for me.

For a long time, the desire to quit has been with me every single week. The fear of the withdrawals, depression and agitation that go along with quitting is what keeps me from succeeding. I obviously can not do this on my own and any advice and help will greatfully be accepted. I, too wish to help others as well. Thanks!
