YoungAtHeart I think I'm going to start this approach. Just wish people Happy Birthday days early. It seems brilliant! That way I get to be the first. On a serious note people ask me why join the community. Yet another reason. People here are not strangers. They become your people.
Happy REAL Birthday, Dale. My doctor told me that I have a "big" birthday coming up...I happen to know he is older than I am. He asked me if I am going to do something "special". I told him my kids are talking about it, I wish they would just get together and hire a cleaning lady for me, LOL.
Good thing you quit smoking so you can blow out all those candles.

I smoked until a vascular surgeon informed me of the damage I had done to myself by doing so. I quit 11 years ago, and I can swim laps virtually FOREVER now, walk most other days 40 minutes to an hour and a half. What a difference quitting has made in my life! I strive to help others find this wonderful freedom from addiction, too.
