I haven't figured out much, I want to say Thank YOU to all of the support.

I had a nice day out with my counselor /friend . and I ordered a nice dress

for a reward. I would rather breathe than smoke. I don't have to do that

to myself anymore. Not one puff!!!!

If you really don't care ifyou breathe , do it for a loved one or the whole

family.

I feel so good, I swam at the heated pool for a year and a half.

I can be around my grandbaby and not smoke on him, he has never seen me smoke.

thats a bonus.!!! I did yoga for a couple years ,breathing is a big part of yoga.

I have played cards with my mom evedryday since I quit and she appreciates

my not smokin gon her.My son is proud of me and that makes me feel good.

MY dog ridesin the back seat of the car and puts his face out the window, he

doesn't get any ashes on his face, There are a ton of health benefits.

I am grateful for this place, I will try and navigate this site.

Love you guys
