I have been here 10 million times it seems. It is so easy to re-learn how to smoke. Why is it so hard to re-learn how not to smoke? You would think not doing something would be easier than doing something. Oh well. Everyday does get a little better. The brain is slowly learning how to function without nicotine.AGAIN. Going on day 9 tomorrow. Wish I had never blown my last quit. Would have been going on 2 years soon. Note to self: Smoking does NOT relieve stress.
