Good morning! My name is Jen, and yes I have been here before, but I found this site and the people VERY helpful! I am sad that I relapsed for a few years, but I have committed myself again to quit. I have to admit, I love smoking, but I know how bad it is for me and the people around me. I smoke outside, but even just the time I am taking away from being with my family is unhealthy. I just want to get through the withdrawals. This morning they have been hitting hard! I have my water, gum, and snacks. Just trying to fight this off! Here's to a hopeful DAY WON! I pray I can make it 🙂
