A motivated ex-smoker seeking to extend the quit indefinitely, as I have quit several times, several different ways, and relapsed each time. My turn to win, willing to work for it. I've joined EX looking for additional insights on quiting, and to tap into what appears to be very strong mutual support group. I am here happy to educate myself further, and to share my opinions and life insights gained ( real or imagined ) in the hope that they may help support others in their quest to remain non-smokers. Or fine-tune their guacamole recipes.
