I really am just so ready to be finished allowing this substance to have such a control over my daily habits. I know it makes my immune system weaker. I know my lungs look like shit. I know it causes me to feel more exhausted. I just am ready for healthy and ready to not feel the need and desire to have it at my side at all times. I refuse to have this device become a defining characteristic of who I am.
