Its a good day

Hi everyone. Just wanted to check in. Two days down and feeling good and confident. Yesterday stayed busy working at home and cleaning. Today went out and enjoyed the great weather, took a hike and such. Didn't really have any cravings or think about smoking, but have a good headache. Staying away from alcohol since that is a big trigger for me. Came to the site about four times yesterday and read a lot of new and old posts from the elders. Tried to be on the site a few times today on the Iphone, but it is not very easy to move around the site on a phone....need my desktop.

Going to keep telling myself I don't do that anymore, NOPE...
