Im resetting my quit date.

My oiginal quit date was June 29 was sucessful for awhile but I relapsed had it set again for this past Sunday but still slipped. A lot of stess and anxiety was going on and yes I was weak. But am resetting for Sept 15. Now have herbal help, a little more support and my belief in prayer. I have an awesome theapist now who is giving me dbt therapy which helps deal with anxiety and addictions.  Im still commited to making my quit final. Im limiting my smoking to only when I have caffine, as Im trying to wean my self off caffine and sugar and some drugs which can also cause anxiety. I am trying to be kind and gentle with myself and tying to rise above the guilt and disapointment.. I have plenty of hard candy on hand, and helpful meditaions and relaxation techniques which are faith based because I am a christian. Will try to be here as often as possible as i realize I need and welcome all the support I can get! Thanks all!
