I posted a week or so ago that I probably wouldn't be posting daily anymore BUT I did say I'd try to remember to post on Hump days well geesh I was running the roads with my sister in law Wendy all day and totally forgot! Anyway our buddy our pal our friend our Hump day camel George is really upset with me for not remembering BUT thankfully the day isn't over yet, George wants each AND everyone of us here at Ex to enjoy a Smokefree AND or Vapefree or Dip Free evening! We MUST stick with N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what! Vigilance is key! That's the only way to reap the benefits of Freedom!
