I have been a smoker for the past 55 years. I have had lung cancer. I have had surgery to get rid of the lung cancer. When they found it, it was stage 1. Which is as they say the earliest stage that they can find. I had the upper lobe of a lung removed. I am doing fine but when I got out of the hospital after the surgery I went back to smoking. I do not want to get it again. Please can any one give me any advice on how to keep from smoking? I will listen to any ideas.
