For so long I never thought I would ever think about quitting but here I am. Started vaping/smoking cigarettes at such a young age. Now I'm at a point in my life where my health is far more important than what I like to think of as my stress reliever. As time has gone on, I've noticed slight changes in myself like not being able to run a full mile like I used to in my younger years prior to when I started. Now I'm putting the vapes down and focusing on a better me. Goodbye smoking, hello healthier me!  #goodbyeletter
