Another day has ended without a slip. Another win in my book. Me 15, cigarettes 0, that looks so good.
In trying to limit my air inhaler use I went shopping for 0 foods and a few not 0 foods. Got some 0sug 0carb meat sticks, baby carrots (which my false teeth didn't like), radishes (oh so yummy), yogurt, not good for you is cheese it grooves, pita chips and gouda cheese squares.
The problem with the inhalers is I can't tell how much I'm using until it's out of flavor. Thinking of hanging onto an empty to just suck on.
