10 days of being smoke free. I am very proud of myself for taking control of my health and life. I am the only one responsible for protecting my quit and I wlll do everything I can to do so. I will continue to take one day at a time and before I know it I will have 30 days under my belt. Woo-Hoo
I want to wish every one a great weekend. The sun is finally shinning and I plan to get out this weekend and spend time camping so I may not be able to blog until Monday. Be safe and stay smoke free.
