It's been 3 days since I quit vaping. I've been vaping for almost 10 years and quit a week before my 25th birthday. I definitely still think about vaping every day and am fighting that inner voice inside of me that says "just one more hit".
My boyfriend booked us a trip to Paris 6 months out from my quit date, and if I can make it till then, I get this reward. If not, everything is refundable and it is 100% canceled. Obviously, I'm not quitting just for this trip, but something to look forward to is nice.
Any tips and advice regarding quitting vaping is much appreciated. This is my 4th time quitting and I think this will be my last time. I am quitting cold turkey.
