Hey to all !!! This is day 11 for me. Is it too soon to consider myself an EX ? I truly feel that I could never go back to smoking after joining this group, 1st being (yes I can). Love this tool. Best thing that has happend to me. Thanks to all. Hope to be of some encouragment to others as well as stay quit....

Well, day 2 has come and almost gone and i'm still a non smoker. My teenage son has tested me for the past few hours, but so far...i'm winning. Hope everyone else is hanging in there.
