day 30

Hello all, here it is day 30 of my quit and I'm feeling good physically and mentally felling like I can do this finally beliveing I don't need to smoke. Had a test this past week-end, we had our 3 sons and family over for a family sunday dinner 2 of my sons and daughter-in-law smoke, not in my house so the first time they went outside I felt an urge to go with them but stayed inside and played with the grandkids, amazingly to me I didn't even feel like going with them. I would just like to thank everyone here for the great advice and careing you all have shown me, not sure i could have done this without you.
