I tell myself each morning that this is one more day to get through without a cigarette. It didn’t dawn on me until an hour ago that today is Day 30. I can’t believe I made it this far! I am going to celebrate tonight with a pumpkin spice milkshake!

30 days clean and lovin’ it!
