30 Days!

Good morning Ex-family,

I wanted to shout out that I am 30 days smoke free today!  I could not see this milestone a month ago.  Thank you all for your support and encouragement this last month.  I honestly could not have done it without you!  I did not think that I could do this, yet you encouraged me to take it a day, hour, and minute at a time.  I'm looking forward to another month and entering NML.  It feels amazing to be free!  You guys have changed my life and I am so grateful!  I hope you all have a spectacular Friday! 🙂
