I have been cigarette free for over 5 years! Now I am trying to quit my vape addiction to nicotine. In particular Hyde's. I have not puffed my Hyde since 9 am this morning when I said I was done with it. Haven't craved it much yet. But I am starring a little.
One thing that helped me quit the Nicotine Vape was switching to a CBD vape. Eventually I will quit that too, but it helped me a lot with the transition and the habit of smoking. Gave me something to do when the craving would arise.
