Help! I'm having oral surgery and cannot smoke for at least 6 months. It's time to quit for good, right?

I think that it is the best time to try! If you really want it. You have to really want to quit or it just won't happen.
Since you know about the surgery, why not go to your doc, and get meds, or the patch. I think you will do great!
