This is my 2nd attempt to quit. The first time was with the aid of Chanix. I was down to one cigarette per day, but I failed to acknowledge and confront allof my triggers. Thi time I am incorporating Chantix again, but with the added support from by fellow members. I have selected July 1st of this year as my quit date.
