Just had my 63rd birthday at the beginning of July.  Celebrated 41 years of marriage mid June.  Rejoiced on the 10th anniversary of being SMOKE Free May 2!!!

This week my oldest son turns 40...I am so glad that none of my kids got stuck on cigarettes like I did!!   I am so grateful that I've found the strength to say quit for the rest of my life!!

This site was my lifeline for the first couple of years.  

If you're new to your quit...CONGRATULATIONS... you can do this.
