well hello everyone you all are probably wondering how I have been doing on my quiting smoking well I am happy to report i am still very smoke free oh yea in april it will be 2 years how proud am I well very. and i am also losing weight finally so i couldn't be happier. thanks to all my friends here who really helped me out in my first year of quiting i don't know how i wuld have made it thru the first part of this amazing journy so thank you all of you
