Do I smoke again? NO!

Should I smoke again? NO!

Do I want to smoke again? Sometimes - but due to the above hard NO!

Will smoking fix anything for me? NO!

Sometimes I have to remind myself that we are all left with the decision of YES or NO.

I choose NO!

I know what smoking has done for me and it's not something you want to live with.

I pay for my mistakes.

I don't need to increase them.

NO it is and NO it shall be!
