This is HARD!!!  I mean really hard.  I'm hanging in there with my patches and almost forgot to put on a patch this morning.  I did however wake up NOT CRAVING this morning.  This is a rare thing!  But I'm really glad that I did.  Maybe that's why I almost forgot my patch.  🙂
