I think I sleep 12 hrs straight.I wake up feeling  I nees to smoke but than I said no I am in control. Couple hrs pass by I feel better I don't even wanna smoke at this second. It comes and goes. You just have to pass those moments and have control. I am just happy I am not eating like crazy I can also control that it's all in your mind. I even got Coffee no suger no cream.
