Day 27

I finished my second box of 21 mg patches today. One patch wouldn't stick so I had to throw it out. It doesn't matter because I'm not wearing the patches all day anymore. I take the patch off before bed and I don't put a new one on until after my mourning walk. So, I'm only wearing the patch for about 13 hours a day. Hopefully this will help when I drop down to 14 mg patches in two weeks. Craving haven't been bad which is surprising considering I'm doing work around the house that has been sending my blood pressure through the roof.
