Hi All,

Thanks for acknowledging my 8 years quit.

It is just easy sailing now, and has been for years, no effort required, hardly a thought in my head about smoking, never thought that would ever happen.

All the new people here have to know this is so doable.

To all the Elders, it is because of all of you that stay on the site and continue to help is why this community is so successful.

Miss all of you, the comradery and support I always felt here.

Continued success to all and to those struggling I feel your pain, but it will get easier and easier until it is not even a thought in your head. 

The thing I never forgot and saved me in the beginning was NOPE, Not One Puff Ever, just one and you will be back smoking.

Be good to yourselves and others.
