We had very good 5 mile refreshing trail yesterday as a celebration of " Eight Anniversary" of quitting smoking. It was wonderful experience to breathe in and breathe out in natural ambience. God is great, made so much wonders on the earth for us !
Smoke free life rejuvenated each and every aspect of my life...full of happiness, gratitude and proud moment.
It is all possible with the support of EX's stalwart here, community help, and lot of good reading material, encouragement from the people on this site.
