2 years!!

I could toot my own horn here and maybe I will just a little............2 years smoke free!!!

Not one puff. Has it been hard at times???? YES Have I wanted to smoke???YES Have I had " reasons" to smoke???? YES Has my life been uneventful and stress free??? NOOOOO

I made it here by not smoking one day at a time. Its as simple as that!!

There is nothing special about me, I just choose not to smoke.

I know now that there is nothing that can "make" me smoke except me

My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner, like 35 years sooner.

If you've quit stay the course, if you haven't don't wait until 35 years have past.
