i haven't been here in awile.  but i have 121 days in and on step 3 patch!!!!!!!!   I just can't believe it.  This site was one of my tools, then patches and straws and prayers...but i think i am doing good. very few cravings.  but some days there is that craving that seems to go on all day.   well i just wanted to check in and say "hi" and i will talk to you all later!!!  HAVE A MERY (smoke free) CHRISTMAS.
