Good afternoon everyone and thank you for the celebration.  The cake and ice cream is so very yummy.  However, I really don't need to be putting on any more pounds,  Thank goodness it's only virtual calories.  June 6 is my actual milestone day but I won't be here because I'm going to go celebrate in Laughlin, Nevada... trying my luck at the casino.  So with a glad heart, I happily take your hand Barbara as I pledge to remain smoke free and I extend my free hand to the next EXer eagering waiting to make their pledge...
