Okay yesterday must have left me a bit discombobulated and feeling out of sorts.  I have 2 precious furry babies who come to bed when we do. When I wake up in the mornings, they both run to my side of bed for morning love.  Hmm this was a problem this morning as I only had one dog greet me.  OMG sat straight up in bed!! Remebering last night Toby didn't come in when Sassie did.  Feeling like a scum mom this morning as I left my poor Toby outside all night. Well and of course it had to rain!! Thankfully he found shelter under our patio table. Then got online as normal to read blogs and drink my coffee to realize my blog I wrote last night was not there. I realized I did not post it.  Luckily I wrote my blog on word, which I left open so yay I copied and pasted to my blog post.  Then signed out of word and usually save into my folder but of course I clicked don't save accidently . Okay well I posted it so didn't think too much about it. So went to my blog to reread, moving my mouse and I clicked by accident well of course I deleted my post. SMH!!! Now I am thinking don't touch the mouse when reading. Wrote post again and yay it posted. Ok done with the rambling.

Today is a much better day. I am not antsy pants today. YAY!!!!  Had a few mild craves but talked through them.  Even though yesterday was horrible but I will still thank each urge I get as I know it will make me stronger at the end of the day and better equiped to fight off the next.  At the end of the day  I win and nico man loses.  I love my new smoke free quitting self as I have found I can do so much more in life already.  It is worth fighting for and one day I will be a grown up ex'er with hundreds of days under my belt.  Thank you to all of you for staying with me.  41 day's happily ever after now looking to day 42 for a new happy ending. BIG Hugs to all and very thankful for all of you.

Hi! My name is Sharon and I am married, a mom to 5 kids and also have 2 fur babies that are both shelties and considered my kids. I have smoked for about 30 years. I came here to learn how to quit and stay quit. I need to quit to impove my health and was tired of nicotine controlling me and Doctors and family nagging me. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. Now that I have joined in the EX family I now have been free of nicotine since May 13th 2016.
