Four weeks!

Here I am with 28 days.  Saying no to the sneaky thoughts that tell me I can cheat and smoke a little.   This is my forever quit, and I am committed to it.  Took a little road trip to see a family member yesterday.  Had a really nice time!  I hope everyone has a great smoke-free day!
