free of smoking today. I am getting ready to head out the door to go for surgery this morning. If I had not quit smoking the doctors would have refused me this chance to regain my legs. I know that recovery and rahab will take some time but I thank you all for the support you have given me in this quit. I know that I do not need the stinky, stingy, self centered nic sticks to make it through. 

For all the newbies out there things do get easier. Just don't ever give up on yourself and remember to stick close to this site they are a great bunch of folks who will help you get over the hurdles and rough patches.

For all the elders on this site THANK YOU so much for all the help and support and encouragement you provide.
