Good morning to everyone. Twelve more days to go and I will be in the TDC. I am starting to get excited. I think about going to church and choir practice and not having to cover up the smell of smoke. My cologne is lasting longer and I no longer have to jump in the shower and scrub down to wash away the smell of smoke. It feels so good.  Of course the urges keep coming and I keep gaining weight but going back to the gym will get rid of the extra weight. I needed to put some on anyways. Its funny I never snacked between meals until I quit smoking. It ought to be easy to break that habit. I do not want to trade one addiction for another.

Cookie and I are going to cut grass today. She loves riding the John Deere lawn mower. She looks like she owns the world.
