Good morning dear family

Good morning my ex family. I have a week smokefree under my  belt since my slip. Yesterday I stayed so busy that I didn't even have time to think about smoking. I am paying the price today as my back is out. I think I will just stay close to my ex family today and take it easy.

There are so may newbees and I say welcome to you. Please read my past blogs and maybe my slip of 145 days smoke free will help prevent you from making the same mistake. If you slip, get right back on the horse and start again.
