Good morning dear family. I am sorry that i have not been on here much lately. I am having a hard time dealing with this PTSD. We sang my daughter's favorite song in the Christmas contata and I almost lost it. I miss her so much that I can hardly bare it. I probably won't be on here much as I am just having an extremely hard time just getting through the day. I hope each and every one is having a great smoke free day and I love you all.
