The plan.

The plan is long over do. I have canged a few things. We no longer smoke in the house all 3 of us now go outside. thats a big plus. At work I pro long the cig for up to 4 hours. I am really tired of smoking but I keep doing it.

So This Saturday. I will go into work early and will not be taking any form of smoking with me. I will stock up on mints and gum. And try not to think of omg a whole day. But Mintue by minute until I can pass the hours. I am praticeing delays and  my distractions before hand.

Have ablessed day. I will be checking in alot . If don't I know this is hard to do with out all of you.
